Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our services. By registering with or placing an order through Pharmacy Weight Loss Crowborough, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Crowborough is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Crowborough and the wider United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK medicines legislation.
Our services are available to individuals who are:
– Aged 18 years or over;
– Resident in the United Kingdom;
– Able to provide accurate and complete medical information during the consultation process.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet our clinical eligibility criteria or who provides false or misleading information. Certain weight loss treatments may not be suitable for individuals with specific medical conditions. Eligibility is determined at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribing pharmacist.
All prescription medicines supplied by us require a valid prescription issued by a qualified prescriber following a clinical assessment. By completing our online consultation, you consent to your information being reviewed by our pharmacist or an associated independent prescriber.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If our clinical team determines that a requested treatment is unsuitable for you, we will notify you and, where appropriate, advise you to consult your GP.
Prescriptions are issued in accordance with current UK clinical guidelines and are valid only for the treatment and quantity specified. You must not share prescription medicines with others.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required.
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store full card details on our systems. Your order will only be processed once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day using a tracked delivery service. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays and adverse weather conditions.
Medicines will be packaged discreetly and in accordance with pharmaceutical standards. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable. We cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address provided at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order before it has been clinically reviewed and approved by contacting us promptly. If your order has already been approved and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for safety and legal reasons, in accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012.
If your consultation is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the medication cost. Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the clinical assessment has been completed.
If your medication arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
The information provided on our website and through our consultation process is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our services are not a substitute for a face-to-face consultation with your GP or specialist.
You must inform us of all current medications, allergies, and medical conditions before and during treatment. Failure to do so may affect your safety. In the event of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E department immediately.
We process your personal and medical data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely for the provision of our services and is kept securely. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
